Good question. How will you use? Be precise in the structure that you want. Would you fill pastries if fork? Or sweet?

I eat lots of salmon and one of my favorite ways to prepare it in foil. This is traditionally made with baking paper, aluminum foil, but I am b / c I am always available. Depending on the size of the fish I have to have a piece can be cut, folded inside the fish when in the half to keep.

Rinse fish and pat dry with paper towel. Sprinkle a little salt and black pepper. Sliced vegetables you want. Normally, I use what I have asparagus, carrots and peppers into strips, sliced green beans. Vegetables really what you want. Place Fish in the middle of the piece already cut leaves. Place vegetables around and over fish. Add spices or fresh herbs of your choice Dill (always a good W / fish), Italian seasoning, lemon pepper, and Cajun spices. Spray a little oil, so you do, and if you have a few tablespoons of white wine (if it is still delicious). Double foil over fish and crimp and fold edges together to make it completely waterproof. Place on a baking sheet and BAKE 350 * medium for 20-25 minutes for a steak, about 45 minutes for whole fish.

This is great b / c it requires virtually no plates and cause some kind of potatoes in the oven or rice and a meal that is light and very little preparation, Tim
