G1/G1s Asus (Nvidia 7700/8600) meets the criterion for a good price but VRAM is not as important as the GPU. (ASUS Nvidia cards, but ATI is so good)

For a Dell XPS. which is especially good for the game. and best cars is an NVIDIA GeForce graghics.
