What are some things that a company uses for the Oracle database (payroll, etc.)?
I do not know much, if anything think about the Oracle database and, I might need to know for certain activities, I am looking for a search.

It is mainly used to store large data in tabular form. This means, in case if u want to keep the details of the remuneration of employees. Columns of the employees as a table with the names, number, employment, salray .. etc.
The good thing is that if u want to know about an employee a salary of more than 10 000 ... U have just entered a few commands and .. woosh information office is located in the heart ....
This is the basic requirement ... on the database or if you want to learn more ... u training for it.
U I guarantee 100% that it will be very useful.
Many training institute for Oracle training courses are some of them are Oracle Certified and provides certification of Oracle after completing the course. The certificates r really valuable. You can search your area for this type of school. Or you can buy a book to learn Oracle and a self-taught basis. However, the Oracle software is not easy to say.
Yes, it's like SQL. Used for our customer database. It's always good to know for your environment. Just buy the book "Oracle 9i for Dummies." Although this is not a pacifier. That does not mean you're a dummy. This is a good first book.
